The technical workforce is the backbone of every thriving community and Wallace Community College offers a wide array of career and technical programs to help meet the ever changing workforce needs of local business and industry leaders. To meet the current and future workforce needs, students must be trained by instructors who use the most up-to-date methods, technical advances and equipment in all programs. In addition, many jobs today, and those of tomorrow, require specific industry certifications beyond the short certificates, certificate or degrees awarded by the College.
